Elliot's long-absent mother
Tessa Augustine is Elliot's mother, whose decision to leave when he was a baby has haunted him his whole life. First glimpsed in flashbacks as a young woman in 1974 (Hannah Storey), she becomes the focus of Season 4 (Kelsey Falconer) as Kat and Elliot piece together what really happened to her, why she vanished, and what she knew about Port Haven that nobody else did.
